4715 is the year. Scattered civilizations of the Five Galaxies begin to emerge from uncounted years of isolation. Humans and other alien races will encounter a galaxy filled with the debris and detritus of nearly two thousand years of interstellar war. Humans, humanoid aliens, insectoids, biped and multi-ped aliens and yes, even cyborgs and cybers will push free of the gravity of their home star systems to recover their lost civilizations.
