The Stellar Cloud: Thanksgiving 2014 – 11/27/2014

Things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Day…

God’s mercy, family, friends. Those relationships make life worth living.

Some other things that I am personally thankful for:

The Takamo development core team:
Vanessa, Thom, Bill, Sam, Dave, Kevin, Chad, Larry, Aaron, Dmitry.

The artists, modelers, composers, musicians, and writers contributing to the game.

The Takamo veterans and others who are playing the original game to help us pretest player responses and new ideas.

The people who have supported game development financially and through encouragement and above all prayer.

The donuts that Vanessa gets for the Saturday Development Team meetings.

Jake and Cooper, who are always at my side and who give me important advice about canine aliens.

God Bless you all this Thanksgiving!

Here are a few of the Takamo Player comments that came with this week’s turns:

“Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Enjoy this time with family and friends.”

“Happy Thanksgiving everyone. May your day be blessed.”

“Yes have a safe and happy holiday and work on your turns all day people will leave you alone if they see you GEEKING out. (keep a Guinness handy)”

“UMMMHAAAA, HAHAAA,HAAHHHHAAAA!!!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!”

“May this holiday be adequate. Make sure you give that turkey action code 118 to show him who’s boss. Collect that bounty. Process turkey corpse into collectable cargo and ingest, breaking down organic intake into serviceable proteins and lubricant. Greet your family members warmly, then vaporize your noisy neighbors.”

“Happy Thanksgiving to All and throughout the Takamo Universe!”
