These were a set of rules that were under revision when the game ended. They contain the most up-to-date information about game processes.

These rules are divided into the following six main sections:

THE GALAXY
EXPANSION
COMBAT
DIPLOMACY
ACTION CODES
TABLES

Players should take time to read each section and refer to them frequently. Of particular importance are the ACTION CODES and TABLES sections.
