Computer run empires in Takamo Universe, often referred to as NPC empires (Non Player Characters), are fleshing out as we begin to put together the history of the Estra Galaxy and populate it with empires. Here are some of the empires that you may encounter in the game:
Maugham
A tall, slender humanoid race. They were telepaths. They served as diplomats and mediators across the galaxy. They had only one known world, Herrick 3, which was destroyed by an I.M.I. cybernetic fleet during the cyber wars.
Helio Democracy
An alien humanoid race suited to high heat desert climates. Their government utilized a true democratic voting system through advanced telemetry. The government’s legislature was online and always in session.
Lendam Kingdom
Mammalian biped race. Xenophobic. The Kingdom comprised less than a hundred worlds.
Silent Company
A human and alien mixed race smuggling group spread across the galaxy. They did not overtly control planets. They preferred to remain in the background. They were said to have had a presence on every inhabited world in the Five Galaxies.
The Symbiot League
A biological effort to counter the cybernetic threat. A number of races capable of symbiotic union mixed to form exceptionally strong races to battle the cybers.
Outland Colonies
Terran colonies that broke away from the Terrans after the cybernetics turned against the Grand Alliance.
Z’etta
An energy based life form that was part of the Grand Alliance.
Gossam Cyber Worlds
Thread like cybernetic entities. Partially energy based. Origin unclear but having some connection to the Z’etta.
What does this mean for players?
