New Attack Transport and Larger Starliner

A new Attack Transport and larger Starliner have been added to the game.

Both ships are Rift Capable ships.

Rift Attack Transport: Cost=2950 TL=32 Ton=2 BldCde=208 Abr.=RAT1 Cargo=250 MARINES
Rift Starliner 5: Cost=1500 TL=36 Ton=0 BldCde=226 Abr.=RSL5 Cargo=20 POP

The Rift Attack Transport is the same build code as the Rift Stellar Yawl. That ship has been discontinued.

Transport is nice, able to hold 250 marines, why couldn't we get one with a little more teeth? Just a few tonnage would've been nice, I can see this ton 0 ship exploding taking all the marines with it, just by going into an asteroid field.

That said, you show it as a ton 2 ship on your message, the end of my turn shows it as a ton ZERO ship. Which is correct?

Just heard from Thom, this ship is in fact a ton 2 ship and we should see the correction at the end of this weeks turn. So it has better teeth than the current Heavy Transport!

The cost of the Rift Attack Transport is incorrect. The cost should be 1950 instead of 2950. The cost will be changed next turn.
